Flowers are used to express pretty much any sentiment and are suitable for all occasions. They can be sent to your friends, colleagues and loved ones.

Our philosophy is to bring quality and customer satisfaction with beautiful flowers and arrangements, whatever the occassion.

When ordering the description will clearly indicate if the vase is included, we do have a range of vases that can be delivered with any flowers ordered, please enquire as to style and price.

You can add a message to your order and it will be hand written in a message card that will be attached to your gift.

Yes smallridges has a range of chocolates, balloons, alcohol and teddy bears that can be added to your flower order

Online we offer our favourite bouquets but yes you can phone  us or call in the shop to create your own bouquet, we usually have a good selection available.

If the recipient is not at home when we try to deliver then we will try a neighbour, or leave in a porch or somewhere safe out of the weather or return to the shop. If no one is at the delivery address then we will leave a calling card to say that we have tried to deliver and where the flowers have been left.

It is important to have your telephone number in case there are any problems with your order or delivering, the recipients number can be helpful but not totally necessary if not known.

It is extremely important for us to have the correct address and post code, so that we can successfully deliver your order on time, wasted delivery driver time can  mean non delivery. so we politely ask not to guess  an address, if your not sure, sometimes a phone call to the shop can save wasted time and the disappointment of your gift not arriving on the desired day.
